Kadeveld places its people on assignments of a year or longer, deliberately. You are not billed out by the week, and you are expected to know the client's domain by the end of your first month. The current opening is with a housing corporation modernising its tenant portal: C#, .NET 8, Azure, and a legacy database that has opinions. You will work in a mixed team of client staff and two other Kadeveld engineers. Three years of C# is the floor. Consultancy skills matter as much as technical ones here, so we look at how you explain a trade-off to someone who is not an engineer.
